YE this is the problem for all Samsung Slim, Its nothing its only a problem of a MIN no which is generated during the activation of a number. I your case your mobile has not saved the new gnerated MIN Number. If u want to know your MIN NO. just go to the Nearest Service center. OR if u have the MIn Writer of samsung slim then post your RSN and UR MOBILE No on that RSN, then i will give your new MIn number

for unlocking n191 just press *759#813580 it will take you to "TestCDMA" menu after that press 22 and the press 0 until A comes the four digit after A is your pin no ex - 0000A1231 here 1231 is the pin number and press 02 to restart your phone. for unlocking n356and 380 just press 47*869#123580 it will take you to "TestCDMA" menu after that press 022 and the press 0 until A comes the four digit after A is your pin no ex - 0000A1231 here 1231 is the pin number and press 002 to restart your phone. just do one thing pull out ur pcb and just take a hair dryier just heat the left bottom corner of your PCB there u got the one big chip that is the cpu of the PCB just plug the charger in the pc and start heating until charging is displayed on your screen constantly and thiss will solve your problem. but this is not the complete sol. just change your handet
