Hi take a piece of paper and insert in the sides of the screen and try to remove or clean all the dust. remember to do all the four sides of the screen. try reset now and u will have a normal screen from hereon. best of luck

i tried everything from reflashing and clearing storage still problem was there. another problem i found was that the light for the below panel ( i.e., call button end button ) lights were on all the time. and the knob in between was related to alignment and screen error...... sometimes u try to pull knob up and down the screen works and then goes off after 2-3 sec. When i spoke to sadik he said that the main screen has three types of layers one is white screen , coloured screen and the last is touchscreen which passes signal cpu. the coloured screen chip was faulty as per him. as i am new to all this technical issues i dont know how to put note here. hope u all understand it. GUYS I AM MISSING MY 6700.

@devlovesall @ashoksoft Even i faced the same problem two weeks back....it was irritating thats why i had sent my mobile back to Sadikh for repair. Dont know whats the problem. ppc giving problem screen alignment is not correct and upon align it from settings also same problem. secondary screen is becoming white and doesnt respond to anything i have tried soft reset \ hard reset \ also flashed new hetals rom but sometimes i can see the non aligned screen and goes off after five minutes i use 1gm mc with lot of other applications i tried to remove that too and reset but no results pl suggest what has to be done thanks
