  1. go to lg -desktop.,, click on synchronize. If nothing happens,,then remove the data cable from mobile and connect it again,,, and again try( i. e go to lg -desktop.,, click on synchronize.) Make sure that u phone is not locked,, so change in phone settings as lock mode "off". Try it out ,, i t will work.

    U can find it on Reliance shop at CMH Road,Indiranagar,Bangalore. Last week i have purchased from there. There no need to take the new connection.
