Oops.. Simply forgot to add certain details... The 600 mins are limited to local calls only. Any calls after the free calls will be charged at 50p/min. Std calls r at 50p/min and sms charges are 50p and 1re for local n national respectively. As far as std is concenmed, according to the guy at the store, we will soon have 599 plan with 900 mins for local n std calls...

it happened to me as well... after 30 days, 50p were charged.. i again activated it by msging ACT SMS1P to 53739

how many times will u guys upload updated file? here's a better option! http://www.informationmadness.com/cms/index.php not thoroughly updated, but many codes are included! and updating.... there are many such sites to find out the codes, i use this one... instead of uploading updated files, give such links if u have!! Reliance today has launched its number series from 8010xxxxxx apart from the existing 9010xxxxxx series in its gsm service in Delhi circle. Thus it breaks the 15 year old 9 series mobile connections by doing so and became the first operator to do so... This number series is available at all reliance outlets. Existing 90 series users just have to sms the 8010 series number of their wish to 51234 and if that number is available then their old number shall be transfered to their desired MDN.

i hope this steps are applicable only for a GSM mobile and not for a cdma handset.. I am on Mogul....... CDMA Reliance SMS "iMobile" to 5676766 not working for my cdma (nokia 2865)

its working on both.. prepaid n postpaid... all u have to do is this: call this number: *30390xx000700 here xx = gsm series of ur circle... like if u r in mumbai, call *3039022000700.

maharashtra users can divert to mumbai number 9022000700... one of my friends in pune is using it!!! for me, in mumbai, 9022 is working on cdma as well as gsm!

Also available in Mumbai. Recharged and used it up as well!!

i m from mumbai.. i use my tata indicom for such services... i m under lets rock plan.. i was charged 10paise for sms to 9773300000......

कौनसे प्लान में ??? as u say, झुकती है दुनिया, झुकाने वाला चाहिए go for the lets rock plan.. 299 rs. pack, 3 years validity.. 10rs. talktime T2T - 20p/10p per min T2O - 60p/30p per min STD - 2rs/1re per min SMS (local and national) 20p/10p per sms SMS international 5rs/2.5rs per sms day/night (9to9) 1re. daily deduction from your main account applicable to maintain these rates for 3 years... then simply recharge with 101 sms pack where u get sms worth rs.1500.... now here's the main thing.. according to customer care, u get 1500 sms, but according to many users, including me, u get sms worth rs.1500... that means u get 15000 sms during night or 7500 sms during day... i have considered the maximum.. during night 15000 sms in rs101... means 2 sms in 1 paisa.. and if u think 101 is too much for 30 days, u can go for 35 or 50 packs where u get sms worth rs.250 and rs.500 respectively... that means in 35 pack, 2500 sms during night or 1250 sms during day and in 50 pack, 5000 sms during night or 2500 sms during day... but mind u, its only for local sms... national/international sms gets deducted from main account... moreover, go for 111rs. special recharge, where u get tata calls WORTH rs.1111 free.. therefore, in this case, 11110 mins (night) or 5555 mins (day) please try it at your own risk.. because may be this issue is fixed up by tata

tata is the best as far as sms is concerned... 2 sms in 1 paisa...

airtel will have to slash sms tariffs... infact all operators will have to do it... all thanks to tata.. tata indicom provides sms at as low as 0.0067333333 Rs.. yes i mean it... 2 sms in 1 paise is now a reality!

Kamal aka Honest.. does every post need to be reviewed by moderators? i mean i am i bit active on rimweb these days and post regularly, the basic things i know about reliance... but everytime i get a message that the post needs to be reviewed... i don't have any problems with that though, just a thought in my mind...

Chat and Play plan has already been stopped for Subscription and Migrations. ya i know that... but hope they take care of old subscribers like me... and new chat n play plan suc*ks.. n m not sure whether its available or not..

yes u r right... this is the next thing they will target.. sms.. dapo ki to waat laga hi denge... my chat n play plan has reliance sms free all over india... but i think i'll be losing even that now.. and about wap, yes, we need to stop the usage before they blame us for not answering intimation calls n all... it is time to think about some other service providers... reliance was the best in everything they did... but i think the first bad thing they did was stopping 180 sms card and then 95 sms pack... and since then, everyday some new jhatkas are ready!! soon they will start charging incoming calls! well, one can definitely say so by the way things are going on currently!

Now u can set multiple caller tunes... Music Box is what they call it.. download one music box containing 6 tunes which play randomly when callers call u. charged at rs.40 per month.

i m under old chat n play plan... so my rworld network charges are free.. i tried enquiring about the additional 10ps for third party websites.. called them around 8 times, but everytime failed to get a reply... they are really not sure about it... i use (m.orkut.com) and (mobile.rediff.com) daily.. just for testing charges... but nothing is added to my unbilled usage... my bill date is 24th... so i think i'll have to wait till this date to see does it actually add up in the bill! because waiting is better than getting replies from those nerds! hope it remains free... i'll ruin reliance this time... pata chalne do free hai ya nahi... reliance ki maar dunga is baar!! contract lunga downloads ka......

does that mean i should continue using it the way i used to do earlier?? i love downloading movies thru rworld.... time lage to lage, free me aata hai....

Today i got a call from Reliance ..they told mw tht as u r privilaged customer ... & we have introduced wap browsing at 1Rs/10Kb frm 9 th july ...........& ur till date wap browsing charges is 163 Rs as per 1 Rs/10 kb ....we are waving off this charges as intorducory offer .!!!!!!!!! then i asked him wht r charges for wap for me ..he told tht even he also not aware bout tht ..plc contact CC ..........he told tht ...we have jus called u ..to inform u reg wavier of charges .........!!! but the point is tht ...all wap charges till date r waived off ...its gettin reflected in unbilled usage & now today got a call frm rcom also ......... if ny body as got such call from rcom ...den pls do share.............. Regards , Chintan . . i got a similar call... my unbilled usage showed 1162 rs which are waived off as I M A PRIVILEGED CUSTOMER!! i also got the relevant bill which shows only normal rent + service tax... nothing else... but after explaining me the waiver, she told me that henceforth, i'll be charged @ re1/10kb for surfing websites/wapsites like google, yahoo, orkut, etc... additional 10p/10kb won't be charged to me because i m in chat n play plan where rworld surfing is free.. but after i got my bill, i have used it the wy i normally used, downloaded 'the dark knight' and 'iron man' (total of 1.85GB) through torrents using my phone.. nothing is being shown in my unbilled usage so far... so the biggest confusion here is : Whether to continue using it, or fatu ki tarah jeene ka??? what do u guys suggest? should i use it the way i used to or stop it at once?
