Where did u get those tones from, for ur 6130? r-world or mms method. In any case, u can still get the same tones back on ur phone after the format. y do u need a third person? unless u have deleted those tones from ur PC!!

Any idea abt the call rates for the three providers? so we can know, who's offering it cheaper?

ahem! Shud i comment? There are plenty of softwares available. But a lil bit of training will be reqd. As for a newbie, autocad wudn't be of any use and 3D in autocad takes ample time to learn. What currently is the trend is "Revit Building". But again, a little bit of training is reqd. Maybe you can look at some small softwares like 3D Home or alike. Trust me if you know how to use Revit, u will love it!

It could be a good idea, but we dont want to lose focus from RIM. Reliance infocomm itself has so much to discuss that it might jus mess arnd managing forums for other operators. As of now we dont intend to start forums on other operators, unless RIM has jus nothing to discuss abt! Once Netway and EvDO will be in, take my word, the traffic on this site will be unmanageable, and the mods will have a hard time! Infact, i dont know how many of u newbies are arnd who have checked up our co-site called www.blanksms.com They support discussions on all operators and we support specifically for RIM. I've heard that we can make calls and sms via the RConnect Card, cant we? It does work like a phone via the laptop. In that case, its quite good. Especially if the card is going to be used for many many hours, over the laptop, primarily for RConnect. and u also get the unlimited plan over the Card! So that shud be advantageous!

Try it out after some time... it does work for most of us. Imp thing is that ur phone shud be one that has native MMS like that in 6130 or 6000. Jus to make sure, u have a registered password from the billing portal as well?

yeh, that 95 concept would be for all india,which i believe is the crapiest thing, coz u r charged higher rates for calls outside ur city than wat u pay for local calls. So in my opinion, even intra circle landline calls r still not local! Local for cell to cell, all over india is quite ok, but that shud be done for landlines as well!
