Guys I find this much better than RCDMA pack where my messages are not even delivered. Aircel is doing very well as far as sms are concerned. I am happy with this pack.

It looks to me a good phone. The spice M5252 at Rs.3000 is a crap as compared to it. Are there any GSM+CDMA phones from videocon?

RGSM is in mess in lots of places. It no longer surprises me.

MNP has been put on hold till April 1, 2010. To compensate for the delayed roll out, the DoT wants nationwise launch simultaneously.

Well every operator claims their billing system to be error free. But the louder the claim the hollower it turns out to be. I am sure you are stating the correct report.The companies might be thinking that who would count the sent sms when they sms so much. When I was using Virgin's free sms offer, I never faced such an issue. I had activated 'sent and saved' setting on my set. And I always got billed properly.

Telecom ads are indeed very misleading for those who don't follow things as closely as we at Rimweb. Consider these: 1. The word unlimited has been used, overused, misused and abused by all telecom and internet providers.Unlimited should mean unlimited and nothing else. 2.Surfing and downloading are so badly explained by CCs or websites that the uninitiated person would get confused for sure. 3.FTT means variety of things. For some operators it means recharge amount minus access charge and service tax while for others it means recharge amount equals balance amount.There is lot of confusion for those who are not well aware of these terminologies. 4.The practice of putting *** marks and writing terms and conditions in microscopic letters at the bottom is mischievous and it holds true across all the products and not only telecom.

I never needed MNP. I am and was always free to change between operators. Never had any urgency to retain any number. I am using every operator in Delhi except for Airtel and Tata Indicom.

Airtel is offering 700 local/national sms/day for a monthly charge of Rs.98 in Delhi-NCR circle.Black out days have not been done away with. It would stop any churn away from the operator, Airtel is hoping.

I am waiting for RGSM network to improve since its launch. What I cant understand is this- How come Aircel has no network problem at all?
