Forget 3 G these losers have still not settled 2G spectrum issue..

I got a small issue clarified with Tata CC regarding sms packs..The sms pack of Rs.15 offers 150 local sms and not 75 sms as most people believe...Its Rs.75 and tariff charged is Rs.0.5/sms..Similarly Rs.30 sms pack offers Rs.200 or 400sms...Rs.55 pack offers Rs.550 and 1100 local sms...

Get used to 'message sending failed' syndrome guys..It would keep happening once or may be several times in a while..

Something seems amiss here...No company would allow a credit limit or Rs.11 lac to an individual user..But if the said user,Smita, had a limit that high, the crooks did their homework perfectly..Now hope they do their jail work as efficiently..

Its a drama going on out there in UP..I am sure the telecom operators failed to contribute generously to behenji's birthday gift..

MTS is getting slowly and steadily aggressive..I find it is no more shy of taking on the likes of Tata and Rcomm..The only disadvantage it faces is the fact it is not a pan-India operator...Once it rolls out network everywhere it would stand its own against the incumbent operators.. The CC is always polite and sorts out most issues.. The complaints are lodged without fuss and I get calls about the resolution and explanations.. I made a call about fluctuating signals in my area,Dwarka, and I was visited by their agent in a week's time..the funny thing is that I had completely forgotten about my complaint.. I am very impressed by their Full talktime offer of Rs123 where the promotional talktime can be used even for international calls..Now thats something even Rcomm does not allow..so give the devil its due.. As a matter of fact my personal experience with the 4 CDMA operators in Delhi makes me conclude that Tata and MTS beat Rcomm hands down in most things except tariffs, which no longer is a matter of high concern to me and many, thanks to ever falling tariffs..

Go to their store with all relevant documents..Or visit their town office..
