i was talking about making the gsk work with non provisioned handsets.. is that illegal.. i mean i know the gsk isnt supposed to work with non prov. phones but if it does work then is that illegal?

thats funny.. i mailed nokia regarding this phone 2-3 days back and they said that they didnt have a launch date

did u wait for the gsk form to get verified. Until your form isnt verified, the gsk doesnt program the phone.

gaffar is mostly filled with sonys.. u can get nikons and some others also.. mostly all r reliable.. u wont get any warranty neway.. just look for the best deal..

the 5900 does support clips with audio...

canon powershot, nikon coolpix, but please dont get the sony P or T series. If you go for a nikon, then go for th higher models, like 5900 instead of 5600 or 5200 etc.. ive heard that the canon powershot A series is good. I dont know if thats the only series in powershot though.

ive come across a few usb hdd (cased). I wasnt very happy with their performance. Maybe branded ones are better. The iomega 250gb is for 200$ and 500gb is for 400$, atleast till sometime back.

i saw this phone on the net a long time back. my friend bought it a month back for 27k.

frankly speaking, the other option in my mind was the sony w5. I guess you could have a look at that also. I am not particularly fond of the sony P series ie. p200 etc. The canon powershot series produces excellent pics also. I stuck with the 5900 because its a very new model. The price diff. between point to shoot 5mp and 7mp is about 2k. Depends on your utility. The sony p200 was available for 16.5 or 16k. Also i wont suggest the sony T series(ultraslims) coz they have a weak flash.

Just picked up the new nikon coolpix 5900. Its a 5.1 mp digicam with the new d lighting feature from nikon. Also, it has the nikkor ED lens, not the standard one. It features a 2 inch screen and supports both SD and MMC memory. Since it is a new model, it has several new features not available in the older ones.

i think ive already reviewed the phone in the nokia section. Ya, they r planning a worldwide launch in 4Q, but i don't expect them to launch it here so soon.

ive got an 80gb hdd which is full of stuff like joey season 1, friends complete 10 seasons. I use my dvd burner to free some space..

6230i!! Y go for 6220, its such an old fone? Besides 6230i is sleeker, has an mp camera, bluetooth and mmc. I haven't compared the 6230 and the 6230i. See which one suits you, but i wouldnt reccomend the 6220.
