How do you achieve that. Given that all phones have group messaging, but that would still need atleast 500 individual SMS from each phone !!!

RIO399 has no inbuilt free talk time. If your monthly voice usage exceeds Rs 100, you should go for Delight plans. In any case while shifting from DAPO, Delight plans are the better option. In case you have plenty of R-R STD calls or you roam a lot, you could go for Del499, else you could go for Del399. Del499 offers the same tariffs as RIO399, but offers Rs 160 worth of talktime by paying Rs 100 extra, a net saving of Rs 60 apart from the SMS savings.

My guess is the website redesign is still in progress, and the new logo on old website is just a stop gap arrangement for the time being.

Thanks Arun. For including the logo in my post I was at Reliance Shop today and noticed the change in "Gyanmandir" the intranet site of Reliance. It was named gm.relianceada.com. The first thing that I did coming back was check on www.relianceada.com which was redirected to www.relianceadagroup.com. Also, Reliance India Mobile is now officially Reliance Mobile. Checked the latest publicity material today.

Now that we have to live with this logo, it would bebetter if we start liking it. I have set it as the wallpaper on my mobile. If I see it n times in the day am sure I will start liking it in a few days time

I see that Reliance World (earlier known as R-World) has changed and has the new logo as the background. There is a new section in Hot & New --> My Reliance which is under the free category and has two ringtones, 4 Amitabh bachchan wallpapers and 4 logo wallpapers. Also, the WWs have been rechristend as ReLIANCe. Read that in today's Mumbai Mirror. They are offering a one on one free drink at the Java Green. At the WW, there is small "shop" written below the big new Reliance Logo. Almost all old posters have been taken away, and the old logo on reminaing ones is masked. The staff is sporting a new white T-Shirt with the new logo, though its hard to distinguish the Java Green staff from Reliance now. Reliance was always slow with its website, it might take a little long to get the new logo up on the website I guess. And looking at the prominence of the double A logo, it seems that the only purpose of the rebranding was to satisfy the ego of Anil Ambani, as the double A could stand for nothing but Anil Ambani. PS: As the RIM has also been rechristened as Reliance Mobile, do we see a change in name of RIMweb.in in the near future?

We are talking about 6265 here, and as far as we know it is not yet launched for Reliance - be it Webworlds or Nokia Dealers/Gallery. Had it been the case, a lot of members here would have got a peice for them by now. In case you know of a Nokia Gallery which has 6265 for Reliance do post here.

6265 at a Nokia store? Which one? You can get it from any store provided it is Reliance provisioned.

If you want all the features, there is only one handset 6255. However, the handset has lots of problem, you can browse the forums for that. Another feature rich handset is 6265, but we have been waiting for it since eternity, and are yet to see it. If you want to purchase a handset urgently, you caould make a choice between 6235 and 6155. I can vouch for 6235, its a good handset but lacks expandable memory and bluetooth.

MCU- Metered Call Units. That is basically the BSNL terminology for the chargeable voice calls. Equivalent to call units of a Reliance bill.

Go to a Nokia priorty dealer. I got one from a NPD in ghatkopar. At that time neither the WWs nor the dealers ahd any stock, and whosoever had one was selling at a premium, while the NPD I went to had 4 phones in stock.
