I guess you have to first login to ICICI Bank's website, and register a biller (that requires a Biller Nickname which is 6 character long), and then you can make payments using the Reliance World.

PC Suite and (Data Cable) DKU-2 work just fine for me. Once you have the PC Suite installed, and phone connected you will see "Nokia Phone Browser" under "My Computer" - Open it. Now you can copy, paste, add, delete any file provided its within the available free memory.
