Friends, I have one problem. i was using palm pixi on reliance , last month my touch screen was damaged, so time-being, i took sim card for my number. now my touch screen has changed, & i want to return back to my palm pixi. now my number is not getting activating on palm pixi. Reliance web-world person tried alot, then thye forward query to their technical team, then no response came from 1 week. i ask customer care they told that once number come from non-sim to sim card , cannot reverse to non-sim mobile. this is very bad thing of reliance. guys, how to come-out from this problem. pls suggest.

Sir, in memory tab-->scan memory section i put start address :00A5:0000 end address:00A6:0000 sizes(byte)=65536 (Default) when i click on read button one message come: Unreadable area from:00A5:0000 & memory tab-->Memory/Eeprom section Entered Start address=0753:075F sizes(byte)=65536 (Default) when click on 'Read' Button, it has read uptp 67%, after that error has come "process is stopped. phone does not answer" tried this process so many times, but didn't complete upto 100%. i opened bin file in winhex, all values were 0, no other values were there.

sir, how to scan the area? do you mean scan memory? if this is memory, then CDMA workshop has in different format, like start address:0000:0000 end address:FFFFFF sir pls tell the full procedure also. I apologize sir if you have already posted the method somewhere, i am doing first time.

hitesh sir, now CW software is working, then i have added the port, then connect, then clicked on read button, then gone to 'Security' tab and clicked on password textbox 'FFFF---F' then clicked on 'SPC' button, then Error Message is coming 'Phone asks for SPC. SPC (6 digits) is required'. sir, how to get SPC in CDMA-Workshop for palm pixi Sprint?

hitesh sir, you are right, i should try in win-Xp 32 bit... I was trying in windows-7 64-bit from last some month, but driver was not supporting in my laptop and phone was not connected to PC. now i will try in win-Xp 32 bit...

how to scan sir? i was trying through CDMA-Workshop? i have windows7-64bit machine, but palm pixi driver was not supporting for windows7-64bit, then i installed vmware and installed Windows-XP 32-bit virtual machine in VMware and run the qpst software, but CDMA-Workshop is not working in virtual machine, so i am unable to run CDMA-Workshop. any other way sir?

Dear Friends, I have Palm Pixi Plus, Sprint Version. i am trying to set these setting, but when i do step no.-2 ( for entering spc code in qpst) trying to put SPC 000000, it's saying 'Invalid SPC', what is SPC of Sprint version of Palm Pixi Plus. how to get it? pls help.

hello hitesh sir, My palm pixi plus touchscreen stopped working, yesterday night i put on table, but now touchscreen is not giving response. keyboard is working.call and sms is receiving, but not able to use touch-screen. this is my second palm pixi plus with same problem. pls help. what to do.
