I talked to the Customer Head in my City and they said...you will get termination slip after 1 week because we have to show that we try our level hard so that you dont terminate the connection. But you will not be charged for the period from date you surrender the phone.

They given me handset return slip and also adjusted 1000 Rs security in my existing bill. But dont give any termination slip. But write on a bill that this connection is surrender by customer.

I terminate my FWP connection which have Rs1500/- data plan. But when i called on that number...i received a message that no. is currently switched off....or received a busy tone. I think Web express people using for their work...please tell me is that ok....or they will send me a bill. And there is any way of knowing that my connection is terminated or not.

That's the main problem...if i enable there then no ftp able to connect on the main server. And that settings is for on which internet is shared (client)

Well, the problem is when i enable a Internet Connection sharing on the main comp on which i am connecting then i am not able to connect the FTP server, but when i disable that then i am able to connect. Anyone can tell me why....and how to resolve

Guys, anyone try to connect any ftp server through Reliance connection because from last 15 days i am not able to connect any ftp server from Reliance. But properly connecting from another ISP (BSNL) at the same computer. So, i think there is no problem at my end. I have complained several times in customer care but they dont know what the hack is this.....

Reliance BB is available in metros like in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkatta etc.. But not available in small cities I talked to Reliance guys several times and from last 2 years they are saying will be launched in next 4-5months, now the latest date is in february. Anyone have any confirmation regarding this...

I have heared alot about the good speed of BSNL, but now talk about something regarding Bill. I heared lots of over usage bills are coming up and if you continue use ur internet after 8:00AM or before 2:00AM then whole data usage will be added in the paid one. BSNL dont have any tool to solve this problem yet.

If you are getting 30kbps in night then you are able to download around 75-90MB in night. Are u able to download....please confirm? I think dataone site dont shows collective data usage, they show log of every time you connect, so may be you have not calculated properly or they are also same as Reliance (cheating in data usage). Anyone knows from which get faster speed, connection through USB port or ethernet port, or doesnt matter.

Thanks racoon for information, btw you have tested a speed on any system in which more than 256kbps connection have. So, how much speed u get in day time and in night. And that's true and no doubt in that the BSNL customer care s**ks. The Huawei modem u get from BSNL have a USB port because i heared in new modems USB port is coming up. Can you post Huawei model no.
