In my system LG LSP 340E is installed and today i tried to install the LG RD 2030, but it not install with the Rconnect wizard, so I try to installing manually but agter installation when i try to connect I am getting error " Error 692 : There was a hardware failure in the modem ( or any connecting device). Please tell me how to solve this problem. And please also tell is it possible to connect both the phones at the same time and use double bandwidth speed of reliance.

After so many days I have recharged with Rs 165/- voucher. and now tries to connect Rworld then it says " Rworld not connected try again", I reset the R-menu but still getting the same problem. Anyone knows how to solve this. Customer care dont know about that and they note the complaint to solve in 48 hours. Bull****

Customer care told me that you cant use the top-up card if you not recharge your phone from several months. If you have previous card validity left then you can use this top-up card. And minimum recharge voucher Rs 165/-

There is any chance of decrease in prices of Rconnect charges, both in platinum and freedom plan. I also heared that unlimited plan is also coming up for prepaid plan. Anyone please , throw any light on this.

Rahul bhaya aisa hai ki Reliance ko market mein survive karne ke liye prices to reduce karni hi padengi. Woh alag baat hai ki thoda late karen. Kyonki BSNL ki Dataone abhi theek se kahin bhi nahin shuru ho paayi hai, jab ho jayegi to reliance have to reduce the prices to compete. Btw, there is no comparision between dialup an dbroadband but BSNL have download limitations and Reliance dont have download limitations in Rs1500/- plan.

R u sure GSK will work for 3 days if use in night. But if use whole day then how many days it will work. And also receive calls on that no. or not. I think GSK official price is Rs 220 not Rs75. Please confirm.

Ok Chirag, through simple TopUP card I can send unlimited sms and use rconnect for 1 day. I m right?

rEDshift, I have a prepaid connection on which i used Rconnect unlimited, now the balance in -ve thousands. I want to send unlimited SMS to my girlfriend on a particular day. Please tell me I can recharge with SMS Top-UP card and use it for 1 day and we can also receive calls on this no. for 1 day.

Guys, you also facing very slow Download/Browsing speed from last 2 days. I am getting 1kb/s download speed in the day time and 6-7kbps in the night. But before that the speed is 10kbps in the night and 6-7kbps in the day time. My friend also facing this problem and we both have Windows XP Pro is installe and also checked for virus with latest virus definations of Norton Antivirus 2005.

rEDshiFT, please tell me.... I have a -ve balance in thousands and i have not recharge the number from last 4 months because after night 12:00AM my account value goes to Rs 0.00. If i recharge through *369 then my value will again goes to Rs 0.00 after night 12.00 or not. We can verify this through small value RCV or Rs330 RCV is necessary. And if I again start using Rconnect on same number then Rconnect value will be deducted from that or not. Please help.

Onspeed is a great software but they stop the trial version registration and now you have to buy the software.

Rajesh, U cant do anything regarding increase the speed in Rconnect. Because this company and the services "s**ks".

I agree that Reliance always try out the Cheap tactics, to make the money but I dont agree with your "X-3" problem. Because I tried out 5-6 months prepaid connection and the speed is almost same in the night ( dont compare in the peak hours), in both the connections, so dont agree.

When reduced ? I think it reduced or say unlimited plan started in Nov.

I am also the platinum plan user, but my unbilled amount never exceed a single rupee. I also used the Rconnect for around 23 hrs a day and around 1 hr for calling. May be some problem with your account.

And always remember here 1 GB = 1000 MB not 1024 MB.

Guys, u r in freedom plan then u r facing billing problems. I am in platinum plan Rs1500/- after that they send me a bill with these details... Plan Charges - Rs 1500 Service Charges - Rs 130 Tax 10.2% - Rs 166 Call charges - extra What the hell is Service Charges, infact no one (Rworld & CC people) have the answer.

I think you are using Windows 98 and if not then please run "sfc /scannow" in Command prompt and replace any corrupted file with Windows Installation CD. Hope this will solve your problem. I am also facing Out of service area/Disconnect problem but ,y computer never shows port busy error. In my system Windows XP Pro SP1 is installed.

Guys, anyone tried by using *369 the negative balance amount reduction problem will be solved or not.

Negative balance is a big issue but I think no one wants to try out/waste the minimum recharge voucher amount. Mostly are moving to GSK.

When i talk the customer care regarding this drop internet connection after 5 min. then the girl told me that Sir, please **** me then i will tell you. Then i start ****ing then that girl told me that many users knows there is a bug in calculating/updating the amount in Rconnect. That's why many users always connected to the net whether they have some work to do or not. So we start this thing that after some time connection drops so that the users not available on the PC easily removed and we also get a chance to remove unwanted users. But when i said I am paying Rs1500/- for unlimited connection, I have a right to connect 24 x 7 and start ****ing very badly then this problem is not removed but reduced. and facing 1-2 time in 24hrs.

Mohan now ur balance is stable or it gone zero after night 12:00. I mean negative problem solved for you or not.
