I would stay with reliance, no matter what. have no complain till date (except that since last 20 days Wap is not working ) . Only grudge is that they arent bringing in high-end handset here. Reliance has the best network, atleast in Mumbai. Airtel s**ks big time. In moving train, airtel signal gives up while reliance goes on and on and on But must say, with MNP in place, services are bound to be more efficient and reliable, with all players trying to keep the customers at their end. Thanks for your answer, but i am referring to the Shubhiksha Ad whereby they are advertising the free handset with Airtel, Hutch, and Reliance connection. Anyways, I am going to visit the said shop for more details, will post soon. cheers.

hi, I download the various application and games to my 6235 from PC from getjar or from mobango, but yesterday I downloaded some application from mobango and when checked in "Collection" folder, it was empty, even the application which were stored before were no where to be seen. on checking the memory, phone shows the same memory as it was before, it seems that those application/games still are still there in the phone. I guess i must have downloaded some malicious S/w. Now I would like to format Collection folder... anyway out? Cheers.

Well as I was crossing the road to reach my office, i saw this huge crowd gather around the store which had its shutter down... just out of curiosity i went there and guess what the store was of Nokia Priority and ppl were came there to change their BL-5C battery... Store's sales man were standing outside and giving them instruction on how to get their battery replaced. First to find out if your battery belongs to the faulty lot .. sms "BT" followed by 26 character serial No. printed on the battery and send it to 5555 and new battery will be couriered at your doorstep and if you want to change the battery personally, u can change it at their distributor at chira bazaar (I didnt noted the address). my brother's battery belong to the same lot and i checked his serial number online.... site says "Your battery MAY be replaced"... my bro will go to nokia centre tomorrow morning... lets hope he gets his battery replaced... as it is his battery life is nearing its end... BTW, i was surprised to see that newspapers had printed this news on the front page, one of the gujarati papers has made this news their headline (seems they didnt had anything sensational for front page) and Times of Inida to add this news on its front page. If it was working earlier, then itmeans all your settings are ok..just wait and try again after some time. I also use wap on thru minibrowser on 6235 and 2865...both work without altering any settings R u in mumbai and ur wap is working???? was working before but since last week it seems to have stop working....

hi, Cannot connect to net today . Yesterday was working fine but since morning its giving error of " connection time out". BTW, what are the charges applied when i surf the net? i am in prepaid. I asked this at WW they told me R-connect charges is applied i.e. 60paise per min in day and 30 paise per min during night. I have been logging on net thru my mobile since month but never bother to check the charges. I was under impression that R-world charges are applied i.e. 10 paise per 10kb. Cheers.

Hi there, I asked the price at two places, first at Bazaar gate, he quoted 11200/- and then In borabazzar Street (Opp to VT station), here I got the price of 10,000/- for Reliance Programmed 6275. I asked this guy twice and he confirmed the same. Name of the store is Nakoda Communication. As you enter the Borabazaar Street from VT station, store is located on right hand side. They dont have a ready-piece but if you order in morning they would get by evening. Cheers.

Hi guys, I have spare Motorola C-210 (b&w), which has tata number installed. I want to switch to Reliance and need data cable for the same. WW are not willing to program this handset. Have look around almost everywhere in Mumbai, do u guys have any idea where i could find one??? My 2nd post here.

Its C-210 and not W-210. Phone is B & W with blue light in Background... remenber when Rim and Tata used to sell the mobile connection at 500/-..... hmm yeah this phone belongs to that era. phone doesnt have Sim slot. So i guess i would use HCC to transfer the number. Hey no harm in trying...... but does anyone has the ides where i could find data cable for this phone????

5K?? it is not going to hurt reliance a wee-bit. I am looking forward to National DND list, which is going to be launch soon (hopefully), whereby calling companies would be provided the DND list, to refrain them from making call on those numbers.
