this could happen with any SIM or RUIM based handset, it (pin or PUK) is a feature of SIM or RUIM not a handset.

yahoo.co.in allows use of POP but u need to enable it under setting menu of yahoo mail and then configure ur outlook express.

right ! u need to connect through sancharnet in order to send email through sancharnet ID through SMTP server, or better use web based sancharnet account to send the message. You can use reliance free email account with your data card, just login to ricmail.com to get your free account.
