I am using LG6130 for last two months. Only issue I have noticed is that the standby time is only 24-28 hours. Also if I talk on the phone for 1 hour in a day the battery drains in 20 hours. But none of the specification sheet mention about the stand by time so that I can raise a complaint on the same Please advice Soans

The Software which you donwload from lgmobiles.com work irrespective of your cable is USB or COM. That is taken care by the driver which you will be using for the data cable. you can download the driver for this cable from the website of FTDI as this cable is by manufactured by them. Just search the google for the website of FTDI

Hi All The PC Sync Software for LG 5130 and 6130 phones are available for download at the below given link. I downloaded and installed this software and it is working fine. I am abale to download pictures taken by the LG 6130 Phone also using the LG LinkStarter software bundled with that. http://lgmobiles.com/pcsync_download.php The specification of Lg6130 phone in reliance website says that the phone is shipped with the PC Sync software but when i got the phone delivered there was no software in the package and I contacted Reliance Customer support for help. I am using Reliance for VPN Connectvity. I use a Checkppint NG VPN Client to access my corporate Mail servers and intranet servers. It is working fne for me. RConnect gives you a public IP address when connected. Initially when I installed the client, it was not working and I searched the Checkpoint website and found a re-installtion of the client software without uninstalling the existing version should solve most of the client problems and it worked for me. I am getting a throughput of 4-6 KBps on the VPN and a ping resposne of 600 ms. My intranet is connected to net on a 20 MB Internet link. Soans HCL Comnet
