Hello, I am having a Kyocera handset (CDMA) and I want to exchange this for Nokia or Motorola handset. I am having Reliance connection and I want to retain this number with the new mobile also. So, can anybody please tell me the options that I have? My budget is around Rs.10,000. Also, I want to know whether it is good to go with CDMA or GSM? If there is enough reason to change to GSM, then I am ready to forego my old number. In that case, which is the best mobile handset that I can take for the amount of Rs.10,000? Thanks, Narendra

I am using Reliance for past 3-4 years and initially I had LG handset. Last year I changed to Kyocera and retained the original number. But, I am facing a problem with this Kyocera, which I hadn't faced with LG. This new handset (Kyocera) gets switched off very frequently. This happens even when the phone is completely charged. With LG phone, when it gets switched off and switched on, it gives music or vibrates (in vibrater mode). But, nothing of such happens in Kyocera. I went and showed it in the place where I bought it (Reliance Webworld). But, the people sitting there, are worse than government employees. They don't respond and if you persist, they stop quarelling with you. It is not only with me. I have see them fighting with whoever comes to this shop. I have observed this in more than on web world! So, I don't know what is the problem and how to get it corrected. Did anybody else face this sort of problem and how did you get it resolved? Thanks, Narendra
