Dear friends
I have a samsung SCH 191 phone and have been using it as modem for nearly one year now. I installed the drivers (USB) on my laptop and the phone worked well. Something got corrupted while I was using the phone and I tried to reinstall the drivers after uninstalling. The reinstall has not been successful. The software first says the drivers install successful and then says the driver installatation failed and does not proceed to stage of connecting the phone.
I have tried hard to correct this problem but without any success.
The phone and CD are working fine on my desktop.
