True, it seems the one inbuilt in IPB simply blocks/prevents duplicates from being created. The one on VB lists 5 threads with similar thread titles when the user types the new thread title. But that is a very useful plugin, anyone knowing Ajax here and familar with IPB, they can build and integrate it. We do have moderation preview anyway so not a big issue but would be good to have.

Hi Arun, To prevent the problem of duplicate threads being created, could we implement a function which checks and retrieves similar thread titles as to the one entered in the new thread title, so that the user can be aware that similar thread exists before creating new thread. Ideally everyone should search before creating new thread but this is often not done. If this is implemented, the users will benefit as there will be no need to search for existing thread titles, the mods will benefit because there will be less duplicate threads. They have not claimed anything or hurrying to call Einstein's results wrong, the test has been done 16000 times but because this is such a big deviation the experiment results have been published for scrutiny and cross verification. There will be repeat experiments by others, that is normal procedure. The neutrinos changed from muon to tau - it is mentioned in the report, please read the last URL for full publication. The concept of variable speed of light already exists however even then it does not say that anything can travel faster than speed of light. The theory of relativity should not be confused with variable speed of light theory. The theory of relativity will become redundant or need to be modified, that is a very big change. The theory of relativity has never been experimentally proven wrong before this, but it is well known that empirically it does not fit well with quantum mechanics. Time travel per se is not possible even if this experiment is proved correct, however it will open up the theoretical possibility of it. Multiverse travel is a more plausible theory than time travel in same universe, because effect cannot precede the cause.

For an entry level sedan which is better - Tata Indigo eCS or Mahindra Logan/Verito. I know the eCS is cheaper and has more features but keep hearing about reliability, shoddy fit and finish issues. While the consensus on Logan/Verito is it is reliable but outdated. I could get employee discount on M&M but that would not be deciding factor, also I am inherently biased towards Tata as our company used to be an ancillary for them. I would rather not get a hatchback but low cost sedan. To be honest, I am not thinking of buying anytime soon, but wanted thoughts of gurus. Thanks.
