Stock Market Crash - Guidance For Newbies
digitalnirvana replied to digitalnirvana's topic in The Lounge
Thanks everyone for your time and advice. I have not been keeping well so very infrequently online. Will log off now, read through the posts in detail later. Few people asked for details of quantities etc. so I took a screenshot as attached, infact I was wrong on the invested amount etc. too as I very rarely check the trading website. It is just lying there idle. -
SD Card Incompatibility With Canon?
digitalnirvana replied to city02's topic in General Technical Discussion
The digicam must have that specified, if you give the ID I can search. Plus note some manufacturers have proprietary cards like Fuji and Sony, but Canon should work with SD. -

MNP: Last Nail In The Coffin For CDMA?
digitalnirvana replied to Arun's topic in Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
RCom business plans are crap at worst, confusing at best. Without MNP also RCom is laggard. MTS is the only innovative CDMA operator now, I had thought RTel would have to buyout/leverage RCom for voice it would then be great for CDMA, but I think now they will use voice using BWA spectrum so it does look endgame for RCom. -
Wish you happy birthday Karthik.

Tata Docomo On Milking Spree
digitalnirvana replied to raccoon's topic in Other Network / Cellular Providers
There is no other way for operators but to increase tariffs and/or charge more for VAS. The process is already underway with Airtel taking the lead. The market will become pricey for the common man till RTel comes and shakes it up, again, like they did with RIM. -

I would think it is true DK ji, these are rotary blades so unless one shaves regularly he will have circular knotty beard.

Good post will read in detail, thanks. But I think simply increasing processing power without allied improvements like battery, screen, software makes no sense, mobile manufacturers should focus on improving the user experience rather than building phones with only better hardware. The hardware capabilities currently mainstream is already phenomenal, so do we really need to double clock speeds, how does it help except geeks benchmarking their phones on a quadrant/linpack score? This is where Apple has got it right, a good hardware and a good software combination is required to give better customer experience, rather than focusing on cutting edge hardware they use hardware such that it can be effectively used by the software, else the extra power is wasted. Other manufacturers should take note and improve the ecosystem instead of hardware.

What is your budget? Lower priced have 2 blades might want to check http://www.letsbuy.com/philips-hq912-p-12859 For 3 blades the prices are higher check this page http://www.letsbuy.com/philips-home-appliances-shavers-and-trimmers-c-172_423--m-31 These are for shavers. The bad thing is the television ads continued even after the news channels reported their investigations. The ads were targeted to gain confidence of prospective member and to enhance the brand reputation, so they should have been banned by the government, or through self regulation of the television channels. It is ironic that media was baying for speakasia's blood but also allowed speakasia to use it and spread its business.
