Great innovative thread, keep up the good work. @Raccoon bhai, if it did not have ground, then each time we talked on phone during charging, our body would act as earth and we would be electrocuted?

Good it worked out for you and glad to see RCOM CC being supportive, mightbe MNP has made them to change for better.

Erm, Rajan bhai, not sure if this bit of your post was directed at me as I had asked kshah ji for clarification few posts back. If so, then rest assured that I was just wanting to understand the technicality rather than exploit. In fact I use a non smartphone so this does not concern me. Just clearing the air. If your post was not intended for me then sincere apologies and do ignore. No offence meant. I too am all for this topic being locked and legitimate official plans being discussed for the way forward. Thanks.

^ Yes I had already read infact you had raised this point yourself. Sorry if my post was redundant.

This can be handled by making links as hidden content unless one logs in to the forum as other forums do. Uploading large files will put load on the server, filesharing websites are best for it. Though the downside is that links become dead unless using pro accounts for filesharing.

^ Then how come L1 will not work same way? Confused. If you would kindly PM me with an answer, just want to understand the technicality. Thanks.

Irresistable Deals In Electronics, Gadgets, Mobiles, PC Hardware
digitalnirvana replied to rajanmehta's topic in General Technical Discussion
If anyone has got the drive do try copying a file greater than 4 GB and see if it works. Most 16GB drives at low prices are 4 GB ones hacked so that windows shows them as 16 GB. I once bought from Ebay and had to return to seller at my own cost to get refund. Not saying that this deal is not genuine, just advising to check it immediately after buying.- 6,376 replies

Google’s chief executive, Eric Schmidt, says he would welcome Nokia choosing to use Android in the future Google’s chief executive Eric Schmidt has confirmed that his company held “confidential negotiations with Nokia that were extensive” before the Finnish company chose to sign up with Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 platform. Mr Schmidt told the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona that “We would have loved that they had chosen Android. They chose the other guys, that other competitor, Microsoft. I think we are pretty straightforward.” He said that Nokia would be welcomed to Android should they reconsider in the future. Shares in Nokia have fallen by up to 20 per cent since the announcement of the deal with Microsoft, but analysts have observed that the mobile phone company, still the world’s largest, did not have any other options. Mr Schmidt said that “We would like them to adopt Android at some point in the future and that offer remains open. We think Android was a good choice for Nokia. We are sorry they made a different choice.” Although Nokia has said that it will ship a Windows Phone 7 handset this year, it is only likely to make large volumes of new smartphones in 2012. Android, Mr Schmidt said, was rapidly growing beyond 300,000 activations per day. He said that 27 manufacturers now used the OS, and that it was available in 69 countries. The comments were made to journalists after Mr Schmidt’s keynote address to MWC in which he made a wide-ranging case for computers than meant humans were “Not lost, never lonely, never bored”. He said new technology offered the possibility of “a lifelong life of knowledge and entertainment – a pot pourri for all of us to choose from”. Mr Schmidt said his vision was of “A future for the masses not the elites; 2 billion people will enter our conversation who we’ve never heard from will enter our conversation in the next year.” Source: Telegraph.co.uk

^ No problem brother I have just done simple calculation by converting kilobyte to megabyte and kilobit to megabyte and tried to find out the usage, suggest have a word with CC and ask someone to explain to you exactly how you have been charged.
-
Trying to answer but myself confused. RWorld usage in the attachment given says i.e. the value 44496 has unit of 10 KB, in other words your usage is 444960 KB = 434.53125 MB. If it is truly 434 MB then looking at the cost to you of 104.45 rupees and reverse calculating, 104.45 rupees = 10445 paise. If charges are of 1p/1 kB then 10445p means you have used 10445 kB above limit. 10445 kB means 10.20 MB (1 kilobyte = 0.0009765625 megabytes) i.e. your limit is 434.53-10.20=424.53 MB which I am sure is not the case. But you said your usage is low so I am thinking the text in bill should say usage in 10 Kb hence your usage would be 444960 Kb not 444960 KB. If it is 444960 Kb then it is 54.31 MB(1 kilobit = 0.000122070312 megabytes). According to other posts 100 MB is free then you should not have been charged at all.

^ OK no problem brother I asked as could see you have not been charged but it seems to be related to network hence was curious, might be Gurus can help.

2.5 Ghz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor
digitalnirvana replied to rajanmehta's topic in General Technical Discussion
The manufacturers should also focus on battery and heating etc., Ghz and technical specifications is one thing but usability is quite another, no point of high speed processor if battery dies quickly. Mobile processor space is breaking records like PC processors were sometime back.
