    What is the use of *462 ? When dialed we can hear "Request Accepted". After short Period u will get one sms from 2811 with the following words. "Dear Customer, Invalid Value -- Please enter *462 followed by the Numeric Value of RSN number of Destination Phone."

    First of all please forgive me if the post is wrong. i planned to upload ringtones to Reliance HandSets Commercially in my shop at reasonable charge by giving advt. Since some knowledged persons can do themself, other people can't even from R-world. My Question is Whether that job is legal or not ?. Where can I get proper details? Please clarify my doubt. thx in advance
