I need to change my Nokia 2112 for a similar phone with good standby time, reliable network connectivity, and a decent speakerphone. I am willing to spend upto 5000...
My first choice was Nokia, but they don't have any phones in this category any more... In any case, as they are moving out of CDMA it seems wise to try out another brand - My first phone was an LG, which had a funny problem of making noise when going in and out of the network, which it did quite frequently. It was a musical sound but irritating nevertheless.
I searched the web and this website and the LG seems a good option, except for the fact that it is a new phone and there are no user reviews as yet... Has anyone used LG 3000? If yes, please do share your experience regd these features:
a. standby time
b. network connectivity
c. speakerphone
It would be great if you could suggest a better phone, if any...
I tried looking for a general discussion on budget phones (less than 4-5K i guess) on this website but didn't find any. I think it would be great if there was a single thread where people could share their experiences with budget phones.
