I was looking at purchasing Micromax GC400 too. So I enquired the pricing and availablity in Bangalore. As you said, most mobile shop didn't have that mobile yet. But one mobile shop guy told me that the mobile phone can be expected to be available on Tuesday when I was enquiring him last Sunday. And expected pricing is Rs 3700 I am planning to go for Samsung SCH M519 aka Metro CDMA.

Moreover why Samsung Metro TV M519 is suspiciously absent in Samsung India website and Tata indicom / Reliance mobile websites ? Does Samsung forgot to update it's website ? Does the model got discontinued ?

I hope the mobile phone would act as modem too ? How is the Desktop sync software ? Is it sophisticated ? Is the screen elements appears too tiny ? as my mom to may use this mobile phone occasionally

I am buying this mobile phone mainly for Samsung Brand. I was using Samsung Flo till some time back and didn't experience any issues in it.

Because of not able read any real review of Micromax mobile phones, i was not able to judge it's quality. Can you please give me your findings about the Micromax CDMA mobile phone? Why is it crap. Your inputs would be very much useful to me.

This is really a great offer. "On-Net" word would have lot of meaning when it comes to BSNL. As BSNL Homephone has widest presence in South India.

Hello Everybody I am knowingly posting this topic in LG forum because Was able to find review for Samsung SCH S379 Have been using Samsung Flo before, so know what to expect from Samsung Haven't used LG CDMA mobile phones before Liked LG 6300 better than Samsung SCH S379 in terms of looks So i need your suggestions on whether to go for LG 6300. How is it's user interface? How it's charger connector type. How is it's battery life and Call Quality ? Is the screen's legibility good enough to be used without glass by elderly people. Samsung was using proprietary connector that is flacky at best. One can easily break the connector by little abuse. I am planning to use the mobile phone in Tata Indicom network. If you haven't specifically used that particular model, you can tell me what i can expect from LG CDMA mobiles in general.

How is the LG 6300 when it comes to PC-Synchronization. Is their software supports managing contacts, messages etc through the software? Is it possible to import contacts from other forms, such via csv file or vcard file etc? Is the mobile phone allows file transfer over Bluetooth?

Hello Everybody I am having hard time with my Samsung Flo now. Couple of times we where easily able to break the charger connector built in the phone. Because it uses a proprietary connector, we find it very difficult to find a replacement piece. Can anybody let me know whether Samsung Smooth too uses that kind of proprietary connector to connect the mobile phone with the charger or any common type of connector?

Hello Everybody One of my friend planned to buy Samsung Spica white color version. But we couldn't find the white color version of the mobile phone anywhere. All the dealers says that "White color version is not meant for India" or "White color version is not imported by Samsung" . Please let me know if anybody find the white color Samsung Spica from any dealer in India.

Just got reply from the ebay seller that, he don't have the white color version. The mobile phone is out of stock in Univercell too, that is why, there was no "Buy" option. Moreover mentioning of white color there is just for the completeness of the specificaton

Yup, i heard lot of negative comments about the mobile phone. Moreover Nokia handsets are waste, one of the senior member in this forum didn't recommend Nokia.

Actually i am looking for a mobile phone for Tata Indicom network it self. But it appears that Motorola RAZR V3c to be very old handset and i dunno the service quality of Motorola these days. Also i heard lot of negative comments about the handset. But feature-wise, it looks good.
