TRAI has announced that Chennai+TN, Mumbai+Maharashtra as single circles on May 25th and all of the providers have obliged and changed their plans. So no roaming charges nor incoming on roaming within the whole circle(whole or TN or whole of Maharashtra). But still reliance remain quiet. They are still earning in roaming in TN or MH and as usual CC people keep their mouth shut. Will these people never change? Prez < POST MERGED >
