Well, True ..They will get 8mn but what about billing problem. On latest servey(in one VOICE+DATA issue, i think) shows that 25% of RIM customers have billing problem. (and 75% didn't get yet the BILL ). Now it is time they should focus on customer satisfaction. R-connect Charge is only 40p in postpaid. this service is uses R-connect.

As far as i know samsung only provides USB cables. and this software is provided by samsung so i don't think any fault in software but it may not work because of 1) Used cable may not made by Samsung. 2) wrong OS version. 3) Or may be software installation problem. try to reinstall. This all are my guess as i don't have A563. at last try to contect samsung care.

Reliance Infocomm to outsource bill collection to India Post • 2004-02-17 • In a bid to take on defaulters, Reliance Infocomm has begun negotiations with India Post for address verification and collection of bills from its mobile subscribers throughout the country. This kind of outsourcing would also help minimise collection and administrative costs. At the same time, such a mechanism was also intended for subscriber convenience, especially those located in the smaller towns and rural areas, according to a leading financial daily. "We are still discussing the modalities," a Reliance executive reportedly said. It appears Reliance Infocomm is keen to outsource bill collection to India Post. This is in view of India Post's network of 1.5 lakh offices spread across the most remote regions. The process would allow subscribers to deposit their bills with any of the post offices in the country. Indian Post, in turn, would forward the cheques directly to the service provider. With unified licensing regime in place for telecom service providers, the company's subscriber base growth rate is expected to accelerate. Most of this growth, though, is likely to be powered by the non-metro cities and smaller towns. Reliance Infocomm felt the need to simplify the billing process in these regions. Reliance to offer broadband in 250 WebWorlds PTI[ THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2004 06:24:54 PM ] NEW DELHI: Expanding its retail business of providing seamless data and video connectivity, Reliance Infocomm is planning to offer broadband services at its all 250 WebWorld retail chain in 111 cities across the country by April this year. "At present only 40 Reliance WebWorld Centres provide broadband services like video-conferencing, gaming, surfing out of the total 250 and by April-end we hope all the centres would start offering broadband", Navneet Saluja, head, Sales Reliance India Mobile, Delhi and Rajasthan circle told PTI at the opening of the fifth WebWorld on Thursday. He said broadband played a key role in the entire marketing strategy of Reliance Infocomm, adding the company however is yet to evolve a revenue model on the same. He declined to comment on the investment needed for the expansion. At present, Reliance is offering four kind of tariffs of broadband in terms of cards in the denomination of Rs 50, Rs 100, Rs 300 and Rs 500. With a Rs 500 card, users could have unlimited surfing and video-conferencing for a month. The cards are user-friendly for carrying a one-minute pulse, he said. While for video-conferencing, the speed is 768 Kbps, for surfing and gaming the speed of connectivity is 500 Kbps. The company on Thursday opened its fifth broadband-enabled WebWorld store in Delhi. RIM's brand ambassador crickter Virendra Sewag inaugurated the centre. Delhi has 18 WebWorld stores.

Jigar, In N191 batt. full level is somthing about 220.and it will signal "LOW BATT" when it reaches about 180. So, By applying above code your BATT should last upto it reaches 153 but in practice it go down even if it reach 183. so no practical use of that code it seems that phone overrids settings done maually. If u want to revert then when applying code put "183" instead of "153". so u can get your BATT BARS as pervious.

Hovs, Publicity material is not proof, In all publicity material they clearly mentioned this is offer is only valid if TRAI approve.. and as we all know TRAI didn't approved that. Hovs, See your bill of March,2003 and April,2003 they clearly mention that what charges applies and what not for those months. What i told u is from that bill reckoner. What happens mostly is people only give importance to "FREE" word and they talk unlimited and when Bill comes they come in action. So never take "FREE" word easy.. first know what is Free and whats NOT, before use that free thing. There is "No Free lunch" in this world. If u really know the LAW and mean that reliance is cheated u then pls file a FIR against them and give all the details here.. so, Whatever step u take inform us about that.

Ok, Hovs clarified yourself. 1) First Reliance said they will go commercial in April. but as chirag said CALLING PARTY PAYS regime they decided to go commercial in MAY. 2) They First said that all local calls should be free until April. but above incidents happened and they said "All local call are free and calls made to CITY where reliance started the service in the circle also free BUT for month of April calls made to GSM operator are not free". U r charged for RIM to GSM then then i am sure these calls are made in April , 2003 . and funny things is that RIM to GSM are started in April. so from first call to GSM is not free..... GOT IT. All these type of incidents happens because users don't even bother to ask? U r not accept that u missed thing but u want to become out by just BLAMMING .
