::Convert FAT file system to NTFS without data deletion or format:: Many times there is a need to have NTFS file system in a full hard disk, then the option is to format it with new file system - then you have to take a backup and then restore it back, this is time consuming. There is a workaround which is less known, MS has a inbuilt DOS Command "Convert" which works well and dose not require to backup-restore data and no data is deleted. How to do it: click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then press ENTER. I have used companion link as well as the missing sync - but is not that good i had the old version though - instead use gmail contact sync BTW what do you mean by connect - if its for flashing or downloading then there are methods - do u want them? if its for sync go for gmail
