my lg rd9800 also did not go to service menu by 0 then 000000. it took me some time to find out by just trying 1) open flip 2) press menu 3) press 1 4) press 0 5) service screen password enter screen will appear. 6) enter your phone spc code your service menue will open

clean the connector slot of the phone there would be dirt and moisture there ,which is shorting the charger and you are facing that problem. if cleaning does not solve the problem you might have to take the phone to service station and get it cleaned from inside.

can we configure wap on rd9800 . by changing paratable1.fil or by going to service mode screen and changing ip/url. please suggest but paratable1.fil contains verizon service provider info and not reliance . paramtable1.zip
