    Two - three times I have exhausted 500 sms limit. I got a sms on completion of 475 SMS as : and after 500 sms, The next sms for that day were charged @ 50 paise per sms. p.s.I am using R-GSM with simple pack (50 paise) with SMS 25 plan.
