  5. if you notice there are two different sections on ting BYOD and ACTIVATE - both have different landing pages as far as i know we need the second option so it doesnt matter if their BYOD policy changes. I had used activate option. so may if you try you might get through.

    they have spread the network already, sorry if this has been posted before Pro 3 services now available in Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi, UP West, West Bengal (incl Kolkatta), Rajasthan, Gujarat & Kerala A question for all those using REV B on their handsets. Are you still using your regular data plan or opted for pro 3 plans to get rev b speeds? Its actually a sad news to see Rev B network growing as most imported handsets dont support Indian Lte band or rev b as of yet. They are already outdated network wise.

  8. Wi-Fi tethering got enabled right after activation through sprint.I unlocked two devices. First one was hit trial but second one was a breeze.
  9. when i try to write anything in the ppp id and pass. it disappears when i read again. i had faced same issue while trying to feed this to Lg Exceed 2. Right now my lg tribute is working on omh with voice and sms but no data. i removed handsfree activation and wifi tethering is visible. any tips update: with sim inserted - put the phone in nv mode but didnt reset then under data ppp id and pass as net though after write if you read again then only id will show (thats okay) then in mobile ip i selected simple ip with entry "net" in all 4 boxes Nai, AAA shared secret, HA shared secret and RM Nai though somehow after all this Handsfree activation is back , even though ##3282# device self service , everything is null

    because of my experience with verizon iPhones. If you activate them with a GSM sim and then put Reliance CDMA, they don't catch a signal. But If you activate them with a verizon or any other CDMA Sim they catch signal with Reliance CDMA sim card. I agree with you but that's specifically applicable to verizon devices. Not to an official Indian iphone. That's the point you are overlooking that I don't have a verizon ipad. In fact it's not required to activate it to any carrier to use. Not the same with USA phones.   18. Why is HTC then exceptionally bearing this cost and been launching CDMA phones. Even though it's well known that company has not been generating great revenues for some time.So instead of cost cutting like in many ways they are attempting, it's hard to believe that they are paying extra money to Qualcomm to produce CDMA phones.
  19. Yes it can be made to work through modded sim. But some bit of programming is done to phone as well. Plus you can't update ios then. Lastly till iOS 7 solutions were there. After iOS 8 I have been told it's in process.

  21. I have tried precut nano and after market cut, both work flawlessly and mobile is updated to latest update.
  22. If you can access Wi-Fi then install reliance insta care app on android phone. Register your number and create a service request. If it's a problem from there end then it will surely resolve within 24 hrs. Else it's your individual settings regarding APN etc. The team that handles this is very prompt and efficient. Good luck.
  23. It will be great help if you can explain how you got it fully working on omh. So far tribute has taken full focus but I like volt more.
  24. I have lost evdo connectivity with the latest update.[emoji12] Signal shows but doesn't connect Update: it's my mdn issue not handset. As dads omh worked with evdo on my phone and his droid ultra. Where as my omh didn't work even on his phone. Created request on instacare app and it got resolved
  25. In fact I am noticing battery life improvement on my droid maxx after the update.Around 2% per hour now with occasional use. With moderate use it goes to 3%.[emoji3] [emoji3] [emoji2] I had removed it from plug after 100% charge yesterday afternoon at 12:30 approx. You can see it still showing 54% left. All this happened only after recent update. Else it would have depleted by now. Update: getting evdo signals but data is only working on 1x, not sure whats the reason. Resolved by creating request on imstacare app.
