Everybody on reliance cdma prepaid and using regular Evdo. Kindly observe your usage for last three days starting from 16th April. They have been charging for data from main balance even if you have data pack with remaining balance. I have spoken to 198 at length and they admitted that it was reliance technical fault going on. They even asked me not to use mobile data till this gets resolved. They have agreed to refund some 300 bucks on this account. This issue might have been just at my end but you never know. I happened to have high balance and noticed the day it got deducted. So if you notice any discrepencies then immediately claim your balance through 198. My first complain got resolved without me getting any balance back. I complained today again and they said due to issues at their end it got delayed & apologized. Again they raised another SR for refund. Lets hope it happens soon.

Well unfortunately with Motorola's new line up in India, you will be in the same boat still. As the Motorola phones sold by flipkart are not being serviced by earlier service centers. They are separate and without means to actually do things. Most of them act like pick up centers and they forward the phones to central lenovo office which is not yet equipped to handle moto g/x. It's quite a mess actually. I had personally gone to the service center and one of the employees told me all this. Later a person in this trade actively also confirmed me this. since last one hour or so. buysellweb.in is down at my end. everything else and every site i have tried is working on my net though.

on incoming calls the caller id photo is always shown cut due to the overlapping call ring with receive and reject buttons. which is a put off. only after i accept or reject the call i get to see the full picture. which kills the whole purpose of having a caller photo.

In last one year or ever since 3g got easily available for comman man , I have used High speed interent over mobile of various networks for good duration. Airtel, Vodafone, Idea & Reliance GSM & CDMA. As far as speeds are concerend RGSM was the most surprising with often 7Mbps speeds but the network was very poor. I travel alot and it would get tricky in most places. Airtel & Vodafone would easily give me 4-5 Mbps any point of time and very decent coverage too. Idea with best gsm 3g plans in Raj circle at least but speeds would stretch max. to 2-3 Mbps at any given point of day or night. Now coming back to the topic of this thread our forums' most coveted reliance cdma evdo rev. A. I must say, baring apart the call quality and coverage, the speeds are mostly poor . At the max. it stretches to 500-700 Kbps at any point. Its cheaper by almost half than any other network with the popular 94 recharge. But is it really worth it? All the time consumed with such speeds. Does the cheaper call rate and call quality suffice for slow internet. Most of us here have spent our hard earned money invested to buy the most smart- smartphone but is it able actually do all the smart things without being backed by a strong internet. Have we already reached the point where advent of either EVDO Rev. B or 4G is imperative? Should we keep buying phones on our dear rcdma network with both handset and network supporting only Rev.A. With this thread I am hoping to discuss and share experiences, plus review the situation.
