Finally today I got a call from Reliance Mumbai but I couldn't attend it. Later there was an email stating that in reference to complain to DOT. They apologised and refunded me RS.309/- guys it took three days after pgp complaint to get it resolved.

after failing to get any result. I even tried reliance instachat and emailing customer care. Both have denied now saying we can only check deductions of last 3 days and that there was no wrong deduction found in my previous complains. Now as a last resort I have launched complain through PGPortal. Lets hope I get a resolution. These companies should not be able to get away by cheating customers like this.

even though till today my data usage is being charged from my main balance but reliance is not giving me refund. 198 cc agrees but after two days time i get no refund. its such a fraud.

A friend of mine has galaxy s4 brand new official gsm. He is not very tech friendly and this is his first touch phone with android. He has been doing his work on blackberry for years. now he went to a europe trip and happily clicked 1-2 gb of pics but when he tried connecting his phone to his laptop to transfer. the ppt and mpt options of samsung usb connect confused him(why cant the simply put the option of usb mass storage). he tried few softwares and drivers . i dont know what he did being a noob , he managed to get all the pics disappear accidentally. they were residing not on memory card but internal memory. can anybody please suggest or help how to recover these pictures. they mean allot to him which is obvious. now its easy to recover things from pen drive, memory card and hard drives but not sure how internal memory works. at least it didnt get detected in the usual recovery softwares at all (premium ones too) . or may be i looked in the wrong softwares. guys urgent help and guidance needed.

My dad uses Verizon moto x. On his phone I enabled assisted dialing which changes +91 to 0. I am sure if you check the settings properly you will figure out. No extra app is needed. Hitesh Bhai - Thanks for this app but this will only let u know that the version of App on your device varies with the version available online. But it does not allows to update the app. Please confirm if there is any way to update the app. Thanks i had already mentioned the way to update these system apps. search the name in your phone browser like chrome. in results when you click on the link for google play store. it will trigger your play store with that app and update option.

Can anyone here guide me? I want to get rid of HTC sense interface completely from HOV GSM. it is a sweet phone with weak specs. In fact if it's not possible to do it to stock rom then any cwm11 based rom (sense less) would be better as 4.4 is lighter than JB. searched xda already but couldn't find anything conclusive. I also have a similar issue where it says EVDO is active but getting only 1X speed only. you might not have evdo network in that particular area. check in other parts of the city you live.

Its called assisted dialing. You have to choose India as reference country in moto x. In the country list, press and hold on India. sent from my Moto G - Reliance

Guys using moto g and x on kitkat. Please check if their play store shows Google play services and Google keyboard. Even though they are pre installed but don't show directly. But if you will go through chrome then play store will show pending update. I was shocked and disappointed to see this. You didn't understand my post it would seem. How do you purpose to update an app without knowing. If you directly search these apps in play store then they don't show at all. Only going through browser you realize. I just checked moto x. It had the same situation too. After updating my app versions are 1. google keyboard 3.0.19423.1102675a 2. google play services 4.3.25 sent from my Moto G - Reliance

there is a strange and sad thing i have just observed. Two things that come pre installed on our kitkat moto g are not listed in MY apps in play store. 1.Google Play Services 2.Google Keyboard. Randomly while browsing on my moto g, i hit the link to play store of these apps. Immediately my play store was open and both of them required updates were pre installed with pending updates. In fact i compared my google keyboard. it was existing on some 2.xxxxx version where as the latest was 3.xxxxx now my concern is why didnt play store show these in the list of apps and/or notified when their updates was present. also there might be other important stuff which we are not aware of and needs updating. MY PHONE IS NOT ROOTED OR UNLOCKED. ITS TOTALLY STOCK.

Finally I could get this phone to talk last night. But it was already in DM modem adb mode. I can't change it to mtp. So diag mode is sorted but can't seem to get it in mtp mode now. sent from my Moto G - Reliance

okay i put this app but still stuck on what to do. how to get the phone in diag mode. plus the phone doesnt show any usb options when connected to pc. no mtp or mass storage. how exactly do i determine the spc? please guide me.

First of all the 6GB for Rs.99/- is only valid in Rajasthan(few selected states as well) and all other states have different usage quota. I have used this on Samsung Galaxy 3 i5801. You can browse internet on mobile and download apps from market at 3G speeds actually. Here is the speed test. But if you download anything it will give you only 2g speeds but browsing was ultra fast.
