As mentioned in my post, try replacing with another battery if all steps have failed before proceeding to assume/diagnose phone hardware fault. Getting a battery for EVO 3D to check is a challenge. Otherwise will order a new one. Rajan ji will come to Thane to check the same I had a chance today to test with another battery on evo 3d. only soft keys lit up and no screen as usual. as i had quoted in one the previous posts. this black screen of death (BSOD) is a common plague everywhere and nobody has found a fix yet. i have browsed many forums. by the way calls still come and i can pick up by doing the up ring gesture on the blank screen. even attempted a screen replacement but no success.

I am using photon and this is not an issue here. As I have mixed phone book . I disabled plus dialing in settings. Now it automatically picks them as just prefix zero. Even on HTC cdma handsets this is not a pRoblem. Easily set in advanced call settings. Sent from my MB855 using Tapatalk 2

does anyone have a good wired headset - ear plugs (soft round cushions - noise isolating ones), i really need one for my photon as i often have ear piece issue and cant attend calls. but need one which has good audio quality as well so can enjoy music and take calls without taking them off. lot of folks here keep buying new phones or tablets. most new ones come with good headsets. unlike photon which didnt come with any. and its been two years or more since and i havent changed my phone. i am placing my request here, if you have one spare on you or got a new one with your recent tablet or smartphone. please let me know. many thanks in advance

Parin Bhai in two different cases I was not issued omh and allowed handset change, for same reason I read on ww system myself. evdo activation needs to be closed. when I told the guy sitting, he didn't know how to take this request. believe it or not those numbers got stuck in those handsets. It has started recently. Every now and then the ear piece would stop working and I cant hear voice on calls. then i have to shift to speaker phone to hear it which is not practical. it keeps shuffling, sometimes it works and sometimes doesnt. anybody any idea...............

i guess lucky rimweb members never faced this issue. but its common with photon owners internationally. after searching alot. i found that if your mopho has not been restarted in over 3-4 days then this issue comes up. though i had given my phone to few hardware repair people to check my speaker. all said its just fine. so i figured through other forums that just restart it at least once in two days and you have it working just fine.

these CC guys are definitely high on something. yesterday on this live chat the representative insisted my pack is valid only for 30 days. (STV27) today again i logged in that chat and just asked my current call rate pack and its validity. he says its till 15-12-2013 which is 90 days. (same as insta care app mentioned) but now he tells me my call rate is 1p/sec for first 60 sec. there after Rs.1 per 3 minutes. they are definitely driving me crazy with different information every time.
