    i am b.tech student.i want to buy laptop.my budget is approx 40,000.i want to buy acer laptop.is it good?pls say me which processor is good "amd" or"intel"!can "amd" run vista ultimate with 1gb ram and 128 mb graphics.pls help me.i am waiting for your replies.
