u can go for CA-53 duplicate cable, costs only INR 150 approx (US $ 4). i am using this cable for last one year, it supoorts pc suite, internet, file transfer etc.. same as original, but no warranty.

3G icon is there already, but i have never seen it displaying while using internet .

i got a black second quality panel for 250Rs from bangalore. also i came to know first quality panels are also available for 6265 which would cost around 450Rs. in my town(nagercoil) i checked with the shops and only one shop guy was able to get me this from bangalore. getting panel for 6265 is little difficult, but if u search u will get.

Anyway, as we were saying, Nokia lists both as having "Series 40 Nokia like UIs," with "like" being the key word there; we suspect these are either still being manufactured for Nokia by a third party, Series 40 can't rock CDMA in its current incarnation, or a little bit of both. Trust us, though, Nokia -- that doesn't mean you shouldn't take these cute little guys global.

dear nokia, you are the god of mobiles.... atleast this time please do a favour for cdma customers, please make the cost of 8208 less then 12k and introduce asap. dear friends, i am using a n6265 now, i may go for 8208 if it is less than 12k, but what to do 6265, any suggestions ?

they are not providing headset for this fm device

it seems like nokia is coming back to cdma market. all nokia cdma phones are having inbuilt modem for internet and that is the reason they are costlier than similar gsm handsets. this may be around 3k-4k (not sure)

check ur card with some other handset which supports minisd

i had the same problem, unplug dongle and then plug again, also switch off bluetooth in phone and swith on again. once in a while i used to get this problem. i was in a doubt that my mobile bluetooth is not working, but when i tried traferring files between 2 mobiles through bluetooth it was working. i was using bluetooth very frequently and i was scared that mobile may get any problem, so last month i bought a data cable CA-53 (duplicate) for just 140 Rs. it supports data transfer, PC suite, Oxygen, Diego, etc.. now quiet happy with the file transfer speed.

i am having 6265 and my house is in the middle of 2 towers (both diff SDCA). so once in 10-15 minutes (mostly) my mobile changes network and light glows. to solve this i found a place inside house where mobile get mostly one tower signal and kept the mobile there. now hardly once in an hour or two it changes the tower. also do not keep the mobile on table or floor. keep it in a stand as shown in the image so that it gets more signal.

My nokia 6265 panel is broken. I am searching for the last one month. i checked with Nokia dealer and also with all local mobile shops(south tamilnadu). No one able to get panel for 6265. does anyone know which city i can find it ?

can i get the persons name and contact number ?

take ur handset to nokia care. they will be able to install reliance supporting software for 6265. then u can go for a new reliance connection in that phone.

i had a sim based LG reliance mobile. i lost the mobile. can i now trace which number is using in that handset?

let them cancel ur number, its not sure when that will happen it may take min few hours and maximum few days.. but u can transfer 6265 connection to a dummy set immediately and use 6265 for another connection. let ur old number get cancelled from the dummy set and not from 6265

i have a very simple and fastest solution which can be done in few minutes.. the solution is u should have a 3rd dummy set. 1. use a handset change card to transfer the number from 6265 to that dummy set. now your 6265 is blank 2. use another handset card to transfer number from LG to Nokia 6265. thats it, enjoy...

I am able to read and use files in my 6265 minisd memory card. but i am not able to save any files to memory card. also not able to format memory card. getting error - 'Operation Failed'. i reinstalled software of nokia 6265 today, but the problem is not solved. any suggestions? i have planned to visit nokia care again tomorrow.

i visited nokia care today and got to know that the problem is with phone strip connecting upper and lower slides of phone. i recently changed the strip (3 months back) for around 1.5k and now again it got damaged. strip problem is common with sliding phones and it is very common with 6265. this is the 3rd time my phone strip is getting damaged. i used to handle smoothly still its eating my head. the problems i faced till date with 6265 (16000 INR mobile) 1. strip problem within 1 month of purchase 1.8 years back (got repaired free of cost meeting warranty) 2. speaker problem 8 months back (800 INR for changing speaker kit) 3. strip problem 3 months back (1500 INR) 4. again now strip problem 5. panel is broken and i am not getting a panel for 6265, its very very very rare to get. at last through one shop i have ordered first quality panel (450 INR). all together i have spent 18750 INR till date and dont know how much more it will eat in future. but still i am proud 6265 user. what else to do. enjoy........

PC also not able to write or format

Nokia 6265 features posted in nokia website says nokia 6265 has the following options Options for brightness adjustments, white balance settings and Funframes http://www.nokia.co.in/A4534133 But my nokia 6265 does not have this option under camera settings. I have only option night mode, quality and self timer. Do anyone have this option in your 6265 ?
