I also found this snapshot from the router configuration page. As you can see in the list, there is "Hutch Huawei EC321"... So I suppose it should work with "Reliance Huwaei EC321" too, isn't it ?

According to this datasheet, the D-Link DIR-450 is compatible with the EC321 : ftp://files.dlink.com.au/products/DIR-451...atasheet_02.pdf (I put page 2 as attachment) So... very confusing. Is it that EC321 supports both RVDO and 1xRTT ?! Page2_from_DIR_450_datasheet.pdf

Hi, I have a Huawei EC321 PCMCIA Data Card with a Reliance Net-Connect subscription. I would like to purchase also a ZTE MG 880, because I got another laptop not having any PCMCIA slot. But according the Reliance shop, I cannot have these two devices share the same number. This is really crazy. Is it possible to "extract" the information data from the EC321 to a RUIM so that I could put the RUIM sometimes in the EC321 and sometimes in the ZTE MG 880 USB according to the need ? Do you have any other suggestion ? RUIM is nice but it looks Reliance is not using them for Netconnect subscription. -marc-

Hi, In some document, I found the information that the Huawei Ec321 is compatible with the D-Link DIR-450 router. (http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=524) Did somebody try this with the Reliance R-Connect network ? Do you feel it can work ? -marc-

Hi, I found this in the Huawei Data Card manual. (see picture attached) The EC321's antenna is shown as "Detachable". But I don't see how to remove it ! Can somebody give me some indications ? I want to put an external antenna like this : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/High-Gain-3G-Directi...7QQcmdZViewItem It is to improve the signal. Thanks.

Hi I found this routers from Cradlepoint : http://www.evdoinfo.com/content/view/2201/63/ One is with a battery, one is without a battery. Do you think it is possible to plug on it the Reliance Zte Mg880 Usb Modem ? I asked a question to someone and he responded to me : "No, it is not possible because ZTE MG880 is CDMA 1XRTT, not EVDO." What do you think about this response ? Is it true ? What is the difference between 1XRTT and EVDO ? All devices from Reliance are 1XRTT only ? -marc-

Hi, Forgive my ignorance but... to use Reliance network, we can only choose the cards shown on the Reliance website or we can buy one card in the USA and use it in India with Reliance ? I saw somewhere the word "activation"... what is this process actually ? Thanks -marc-
