Hi, According to my understanding, you get two types of data cables. The cable with USB port charges your mobile from the power supply of the computer, while you use it for internet connection. I believe the cable you have currently is not this. Krishna.

Hello Friend, I too had this problem for sometime. I tried the new reliance number starting with 93... as the login & password as my data cable seller on bazee suggested me to. It worked, though I did not believe that was the solution. The intructions on the CD tell you to enter the STD code etc. Don't follow that! Krishna.
