Also their customer care is good, though one problem is they do not have any contact number but you can however raise a request and they respond in two business days. I have not faced any issue till date and I have done quite a few recharges from their website. However first check on myservices.relianceada.com -->Instant recharge to see what recharges are applicable to you. Or else the recharge will fail. First option should be myservices recharge option. However if your bank is not supported there or if you want to use your credit card, then use rechargeitnow.com

Hi I recharged my Reliance GSM mobile using SBI Mobile banking but the recharge was not successful though the money was debited from my account. I could not find any information on the SBI website about who to contact and when I call up SBI customer care, they are asking me to check with the SBI. I have just taken a new SIM card (GSM) in Gujarat (starting with 8000 btw which is not related to my query but found it cool to mention that) I was told 1p/s will start after 48 hrs. I do not understand the logic behind this. Anyways my query is can i activate both rs.59 and rs.77 voucher so that I will be charged 20p to reliance nos in daytime and free in the night from 11 to 6 am. Thanks in advance guys!! I think rs.59 voucher is very nice but I did not find it discussed in any topic in the forum.

Hi I never had so many problems with reliance gsm network at my home near Infocity Gandhinagar Gujarat. But for the past few days, my network fluctuates very badly from no network to two bars to full network. I have checked with my friend also using reliance in the same location. Also there are so many call drops that I need to dial almost every call twice. The first time it gets cut the moment the call gets connected and the second time I get connected. I wonder if their service is deteriorating or improving. Let me know if any1 else is experiencing issues in the same location or if some1 has some inside info as to some network tower issue in this area and ETA

which one RCV 59 or 77. I just spoke to Customer Care and they said both the 59 and 77 offers are open only till 31st March 2010. Let us hope that they renew this offer or else they might find a lot of customers migrating to better options. Already their GSM network is pretty bad.

I have just contacted CustomerCare for this and they said the charges are as follows: Caller tune rental: Rs.30/30 days Song Charges: Rs.10/30 days So actually the charges have been increased and not decreased. I have activated Caller Tune Advanced rental pack. It is Rs.250 for one year. To activate this, send "CT360" (without quotes) to 51234 (Rs.3/SMS) Hope you find this info useful.

How to load special packs like local calling pack through online recharge? Umesh Any recharge done by the local retailer using the SMS code "ER zzz" where zzz is the denomination can be done from HDFC. But you can not activate SMS pack on reliance cdma as the code for that is "SMS xx" . Hope I am clear.

Hi To subscribe to sms alerts from bank and all, the connection need not be in your name, However if you are scared that the person under whom the connection is registered might cancel your sim and get a new sim issued claiming its lost, then you can go to any webworld and submit that persons documents along with yours and a letter i think if I am not mistaken. Hi I have recharged both GSM and CDMA and they do work. there is no such problem. About refund of your money, email myservices@relianceada.com and customercare@relianceada.com , along with details of your payment which you can obtain from your netbanking by checkin transaction details. It gets refunded in 5 days.
