hi all, I have LG RD3100 and i installed Bitpim in pc too. I have one problem facing. the software is not detecting my phone as showing filesystem as per instruction but whtevr i upload (*.mid) as ringtone, its only giving beeb sound from mobile.. Am I doing something wrong.. I have connected my cell by Serial Port... Please help me.. is that phone support?

i have tried with usb cable, i have bitpim 8.0 & the lg rd2530 pc sync software, but the phone is not being detected by both the s/w. both s/w give message phone not detected. Plz tell the right method to connect. Try this one ON the task bar you can see SYNC Manager (pc sync software), Right click and click on Stop monitoring port and then again click on sync. it may deduct. thanks Dilip

Yes..... I also experienced with 2530 with LG 2230 and its works. As per my knowledge all reliance LG models come with R connect / internet facility. Just purchase the DATA Cable for your LG 2530. As their is no facility of data transfer in 2530 hence you will not get the data cable for LG 2530 hence you need to purchase the suitable DATA Cable (like LG 2230) which will work and fit in 2530. Install the driver / software come with that Data Cable. User ID : your mobile No. Password : your mobile No. and phone # #777 (In Ahmedabad) (I believe its same in all India) and try to connect it However, I cannot sure about the speed.
