if u play an mp3pro file in an mp3 player, it plays, but the quality is low. it is similar to playing a 64 kbps mp3 file.

mp3pro files can be played in any standard mp3 player. quality will be reduced if they are not detected as mp3pro. 64 kbps mp3pro = 128 kbps mp3 (quality) absolutely no difference

the cheapest offer of BT is as bad as hathway. only marginally better. 30 pounds = 2400 rs. for 1 mbit connection and 30 GB per month. which aint good. but they are much better compared to the ISP's here. BT s**ks compared to ISP's in US/Canada.

they are third party stuff. they told me if I bought them, I would have to get them fixed from an LG service centre. So I didnt buy them. there were silver blue and black panels available for 2030. didnt look for accessories for other handsets.

When the phone hangs, it shows full range, but u cant receive or make calls. I had this problem in 2030 also. But after a software update, things are fine.

When I went to WWE at my local place (Medical College), they had panels for 2030 at Rs200 and other accesories for sale. No broadband surfing. they asked me for my friends numbers so that they could call them up and spam them about RIM offers!!!!

It takes some time with firefox to appreciate its speed. I use IE now only for pages which contain excessive coding errors. its a proven fact that IE is less prone to crashes when rendering pages with excessive errors. Also IE has enabled me to login into orkut (the slowest site on the net), when firefox repeatedly gave me timeouts. I am still not recommending IE though. Use it only for updating windows and visiting pages which are IE-centric.

I can receive sms from BSNL here in kerala. message receiving is instantaneous. but i cant send. when i send, it says successfully sent, but it does not reach the bsnl phone.

X100 is a great set. it has java, MMS, and GPRS.
