The BGR site has posted photos of a new Linux-powered smartphone – MING A1800. Like its predecessor Motorola MING A1200 the new phone is packed in a pseudo clamshell phone with the flip and touchscreen display. This is a dual mode device for CDMA and GSM networks and with dual SIM slot, says the source. The A1800 comes with a 3-megapixel camera and Bluetooth interface, all this in a compact and lightweight shell. However the source hasn’t provided any more details, such as the release date and the price. Next week we’ll probably hear an official announcement of the product at CTIA Wireless. Nokia is worlds most advance hand phones maker. their conflict with QUALCOMM made them exit CDMA business. Only Smartphone in CDMA is first developed by NOKIA, Its Nokia 6388. They will launch it for sure as soon as QUALCOMM stop taking royalty. They have already hit hard QUALCOMM when they lost case last year. Hope this conflict ends soon, and we can see more advance handsets in CDMA.

Well discussing price is later part, first grab the good news that we can now have this capacity of memory in our phones. Well i still remember i bought my first 32MB card for 4.4k for my N-GAGE.

I wish nokia to launch 6638 before exiting CDMA completely. Its a symbian based CDMA handset, and i believe they will launch it for sure to let whole world know what will they loose if nokia completely exit CDMA. Nokia if at all exit CDMA all the credit goes to QUALCOMM.

I dont like to see new OSs coming to the market, but from google its always welcome. As older OS are getting more advance, and most important supporting maximum third party softwares. Lets see what google will offer.

I can give handsets in in 23$ CDMA/GSM, with screen and speaker. LOL @ no screen.

Validity criteria is gonna fade off from telecoms prepaid sectors, that is why they are giving it for so cheap. New entrants will offer plans and vouchers where u get validity for free. Same like UAE and other countries.

price will be around 800$, but this phone is really gem of all. Looks gr8 to me.

All handsets are researched and developed by ZTE and Huawie CHINA, its only LG gives them orders for such handsets and want LG logo on it. Good handsets in CDMA are fading very fast. Hope samsung and HTC comes to the rescue.

New player means like completely new entry such as , unitech, datacom and others. Rcom is gonna new revolution in GSM + CDMA, they will emerge as biggest player in the world in 2010. As china UNICOM is exiting its CDMA business. Lets hope for the best for Rcom and other telecoms as far as this make new price war in segment and make consumer the king of all.

6275 is better than 6265. Go for 6275 if u want to avoid visiting nokia service center within 3 months. 6265 got major known issue of display strip, which gets cut very soon. they got tired replacing handset, so stop the new sales.

GSM- Delhi. Go for airtel i am sure there will be some plan running which gives u atleast one number free UL calling. CDMA- Delhi. Go for Reliance.
