have u tried ##786#?? Do it.. i did best programming tata phones have.. I think its somehow related to A-Key issue.. Try ##786# and let me know.. will see what can be done.. one of my friends and one more customer who using it on tata does not have any issue.. they both in mumbai though..

Corporates will use it.. Imagine.. sales guy get all sales email in it.. saving companies cost to buy separate PC for it.. In electronics everything finds its place...

I dont think its possible.. I remember using offline by punching *3001#12345# on phones when i use to make it offline.. But u wont be able to use any other feature lol.. but if u in low network area and want ur handset not to search network u can use this..

Slots are to read smart card.. which we know as RUIM or SIM card.. and yes 8830 can be used with most of the latest RUIM/SIM cards on CDMA.. like MTS Reliance and Tata.. Mostly OMH card works in first attepmt.. but lil confusion on selecting the network we always suggest and prefer that CDMA number shud be in NV.. Thanks for the input guys..

Well laptops manufacturers like APPLE captured chunk of market share in mobile phones.. so same nokia is trying in laptop industry.. But their tie-up with Microsoft will not get em that success what they are expecting..

Nokia is and will remian market leader atleast till 2020.. If u cant see.. just feel one of thier handset E52 u will go crazy.. featured pack.. and lite on pocket.. Sad nokia left CDMA manufacturing under monopolistic GSM lobby pressure.. Though Chinese handsets are cheap but they will surely drive down the pricing from biggies.. as they use Pirated OS for their phones and give the benefit to End user..

HP Only possiblity looks method i told u about 8830 reading SPC and giving for upgrade.. once back with working EV we can give SPC and take all required para.. What say.. I am yet to transfer my number to Droid from my BB 8830. once done.. will do it for all for sure....
