If possible use the ethernet port of your modem, it would be a lot easier. Otherwise, download the drivers of your modem for linux...

I don't know about Tatasky but when I enqured with DishTV, that's what they told me...you can connect 2 TVs, but you have to watch the same channel on both.

Are you absolutely sure that the settings on both windows and linux are exactly the same? Maybe in windows you have selected static IP by mistake or something.....

No, upload is not counted. I don't think it should make a difference as to which router you have.....but I have tried it on a DSL 502T router.

hmm...well is it possible to change the sign up procedure? THe image verification may have been cracked by the bots...but why not use some other method. Say display a java window and ask the user to click at some specific places....shouldn't be that difficult.

That theatre was probably not targetted because: 1)There was police bandobast there 2)That theatre belongs to a Congress MPs relative, hence not owned by "aam janta" which can easily be targetted by goondas.

I already did explain.......they aren't showing the movie because they fear that their theatres would be ransacked by political goondas masquaderading as "people of gujarat".
