My mobile number is 9351550372. And I am using HUAWEI EC325 USB Data card. Using this card I was able to connect to reliance network but from last Wednesday I am getting following error “Unknown remote access error, error code is:31”.
Its more than 6 days and my problem is not resolved. What should I do?
I have tried everything. Uninstalling, deleting setting etc. I tried on another machine and the card worked fine.
What should be the next logical step. Please help as I am losing lot of business because of this.
