Hi... Is the MIN number fixed for a Handset or Fixed for a Reliance Number? Because earlier I transferred my number from LG 6130 to Kyocera 7135, and then I changed the MIN accidently. But thereafter, I changed the MIN back by having a look at my LG 6130 Set. That MIN worked for my Kyocera, but I have lost it. So, I tend to think it is a Reliance Specific Number, so someone from Reliance can help me get it... Supernova... please help!!

Hi Arun Even I am getting the SRCP message, but I noticed a difference. When I remove the battery and keep it on the cradle, it works perfectly!! How is that possible!! I find it really weird.. Could it be due to overcharging of battery?? Please answer experts!!

Hi Arun and friends... I went to the Web World today, but they said they could not retrieve the MIN number, they didn't understand what I was talking about. They said that my number could only be activated on a new phone but the old phone(7135) would become useless. Can I instead use an HCC for this purpose? I mean I deregister the existing set using an HCC and then reactivate it back to the same set?? Is there anyone in Reliance who can perhaps help me recover my MIN/Phone No on the forum?? PLEASE HELP guys... its urgent!!

Hi Friends!! I am in a big problem. While fiddling with my Kyocera Programming Settings, after entering the SPC Code, the Home Screen, I changed the original phone number(10XXXXXXXX) something, and I have forgotten it. Now my set is not working, though it is receiving the network... Please tell me a way of recovering that no. Will Web World guys tell me??? Or will it be possible thru HCC or GSK somehow?? I reckon upgrade to the firmware is very useful. But these multiple posts make understanding the whole process quite difficult. It would be great if some experts who have done it successfully can post a STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO UPGRADING 7135, so that others can do it smoothly, along with the tools required available to download. Hi.. Another couple of issues I wanna know about are: Can we use Yahoo Messenger on Kyocera 7135? How to enable T9 input in SMS etc, it gets really cumbersome without that. Any 3rd party utility which does that?

Ashok Thanks for the clarification, I figured out that after reading ur post, made the change and it's great now. Another problem I am facing is I am not able to reach the slot cycle index settings, and there is no "More" button when I enter into programming menu. Could someone tell me how that should be done?

Hello Friends A WARNING!! DO NOT EVER CHANGE THE PHONE NUMBER BY GOING INTO 111111 AND OPTIONS ETC I changed whatever number was there to my reliance number and my Kyocera 7135 stopped working. After that I saw the number from my old RD 6130(MIN) and then could finally somehow restore my Kyo. Annish do you have any clue as to why this may be happening?
