There are certain steps. first of all understand 9001:2000 is standard for QMS - Quality Management Systems. If focuses on the Management system in your company. It has nothing to do with quality of the end product. To help you understand all the clauses of ISO better, you shall need to hire a consultant who will ensure that your company has proper procedures & systems in place before you apply for certification. After your consultant is satisfied with internal procedures/systems of company - you may apply to a ISO accredited Certifying body. There are Accredited Certification Authorities like TUV, BVQI , American Global etc which audit your company & verify that your company complies with the requisites of ISO standard. After that they grant you the certificate for 2 - 3 years. There is a quaterly, bi-annual or annual audits futher to ensure that your company maintains the same procedure after the certificate is granted. Hope this give u a brief idea.

Nonsense- by Dafault all customer care calls are mandated by trai to be toll free if called from Same operaotr service eg. *333 frorm reliance free but 30333333 from MTNL is allowed to be charged. Sameway this guy would have come across some number to call from BSNL numbers. There would be an alternate Toll free number to call from.

Accesories are avialable from Dell india...its the price at which it comes makes the difference. Hope Mfg in India will change that a bit.

Hey guys... I just found some Guy on InterNet USING GMAIL to send & Recv MMS from PPC6700. It definalty serves the purpose + u get 10mb attachment limit & u can use it even on Wi-Fi. I found 2 main benefits of Gmail. 1) Use it to send Recv Email / MMS whatever even from Wi-Fi network or RIM 1x2000 2) Acts as near PUSH mail service i will highlight the # 2 point. Using Mail Forwarding facility in Gmail.. u can forward all mails or selective mails to 93xxxxxxxx@mms.ricmail.com . I know you wont be ablt to dnload the message but alteast u shall get an alert with READBLE subject line. Then depending upon importance, u can connect to net n download the emails. I dunno if any1 of you tired it or not.. but i m using this facility even on my LG phone to get email alerts. Unfortunatly i could not check it frm that phone. With PPC6700 u can even check it from the phone.

Config would be same in all the companies... but brand value n quality is different. Its like choosing between a Maruti, Hyundai & HONDA with similar specificaitons...
