i've been playing around with that java cache for sometime now... here are the details-> all the applications use a JAR and a JAD file. JAR->Actual data and program file. JAD-> Pointing file to the location of download of the JAR file. now all the JAR files are JAVA Archieves, in RAR format. but here's the catch, all the archives are (??intentionally ??corrupted??) bad, and cant be extracted with normal WinRAR, and more-so it's always the manifest file which is corrupt... and co-incidentially, the manifest files hold the execution and seg. data for excution of the MIDlet. im out for now, will post a continuation soon..

it always depends... dunno much abt flash ROMS but i know that FLASH Roms erase faster than conventional EEPROMS which take, 15-20 mins to erase, and approx. same time to re-write. so go figure...

well, GPRS (General PAcket Radio Service) is used for packet data communication over air. i.e. it's like a wireless link for data communication. GPRS is used generally by GSM operators to provide the users with data connectivity thru their network(eg. internet connection on mobile)

sorry to say, but of now LG does have the best support for JAVA MIDlets

why u forget my gtran it supports 800 Mhz basically what's the advantage of this frequency. i forgot gtran cauz i dont have a gtran and the advantage is that 800mhz has greater bandwidth required for newer services such as high(er) speed data communication
