As of now the Iphone 3G Cannot be unlocked. Iphone-Dev Team is working on it but sooner or later i m sure they would be able to unlock the 3G Iphone.

Then just load the TATA Settings & PRL on to ur reliance phone and then goto tata they will activate ur existing Reliance ESN on TATA's Network !

Yes it can work ! You see to put TATA Sim instead of Reliance Sim !! if required u can also try uploading the TATA PRL on the Phone !
