^^^ Unlike as in RIM, their HSD Credit Limit actually works only after bill generation.. If during bill generation & between due date, its more - they will cut it. Anyways, the revised excess usage charges of 50/p is indeed welcome.

I heard BSNL doesn't have carpet coverage even in cities.. It was true when they initially launched.. what about now ? I thought maybe they have unlimited plan cause ppl cant use it everywhere & it was worked out due to their limited EVDO coverage.
