Dear Friends This is my first and last resort for help on all Reliance matters. I conntect to the net using nokia 6275 and data cable/bluetooth(sometimes). Laptop is Dell D410. Yesterday upon connecting i got error 692: hardware failure error. Have installed re-installed latest PCSuite (it contains all drivers), drivers from reliance site but nothing worked. Earlier had used PC Suite as the only software besides phoneand laptop and cable and everything was smooth. But everything has crashed since yesterday. Tried to cnncet thru IR/Bluetooth/Cable. Is it possible that the modem in the phone has gone wrong. If modem has gone wrong, I might have to go though unreliable service of Nokia/Reliance who will take the phone for months! Want to avoid it as cant give the phone for repairs. Can the phone modem actually malfunction without reason. i heard that cell modems were quite reliable. I can see all the drivers and modem in place in the hardware devices, but it does not connect. Will greatly appreciate help on this. Regards Gaurav Porwal 09342536190

Hi Friends Can anyone help me out on how to access the internet (and which browser to use) on Nokia 6275i. I have heavily used Net Connect through USB cable to my laptop using my previous Nokia 3105. And using same on 6275i, but would like to access net on the phone itself too. Would be great if someone could help me out with the process (if at all there is one ) This would greatly ward off my post 6275i purchase dissonance and bulwark my decision of sticking to Reliance all these years!
